Workshop to develop a Drug Prevention Curriculum for schools
Workshop to develop a Drug Prevention Curriculum for schools: CIM Group is joining hands with the Government in the fight against drugs.
The development of an educational curriculum is one of the tools which can prevent substance abuse among young people, thus reducing the risk of drug abuse among our youth.
The curriculum will help build students’ knowledge and understanding of the consequences of drug abuse, and improve their problem solving skills. CIM will be sponsoring NGOs in prevention campaigns in schools in Port-Louis.
At the national level, we are currently finalising a National Drug Control Master Plan for the period 2018 to 2022.
