GIS  30 March 2016: The Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Reforms, with the technical assistance of the Commonwealth Secretariat (COMSEC), will formulate a Civil Service Reforms Strategy in line with Vision 2030 to bring about transformational and meaningful change in the Civil Service.

The COMSEC has designated Ms Kelly Susan Culver, Consultant, to prepare the Strategy with focus on the review of existing reform initiatives and building an understanding of the reform context. The consultant will also prepare a draft Civil Service Reform Strategy document, incorporating a Human Resource Strategy and a Capacity Building Strategy. Furthermore, Ms Culver will develop a draft implementation matrix for the short, medium and long terms activities.
It is recalled that the COMSEC, established in 1965, is the main intergovernmental agency of the Commonwealth, facilitating consultation and co-operation among member governments and countries.
